Happy Little Accidents is the love child of a winemaker, a chef, and an office allrounder who all share an obsession with food, wine, spirits…basically anything that tastes good.

We have embraced the value of time and revived an older production method to create vinegars that are slowly fermented to retain their identity while adding layers of complexity.
