Taurus Fine Meats and Smokehouse is a family operated business in the township of Seymour nestled on the banks of the Goulburn River.
Our products are all hand made in store using the produce from local farmers and suppliers.
We are set apart from our competitors by smoking our very own ham, bacon, cabana, salami, pastrami and other products using traditional smoking methods in house, supplying the locals and the region with these products.
Taurus Fine Meats and smokehouse are proud to have been featured on TV cooking and travel programs, and featured in the Herald Sun newspaper highlighting their products to the nation.
From 2017 - 2022 Taurus Meats has been awarded multiple titles of having the best in Region and in State for bacon, hams, pastrami, Strasburg, lamb burgers, beef burgers and Kabanas.
